Be still and know that I am God.   -Psalm 46: 10

Centering Prayer meditation is a method of receptive, silent prayer that prepares us to open to the gift of contemplative prayer . . . a movement beyond conversation with Christ to communion with Christ.  This class will explore what happens over time in the practice of meditation.

Teachings:  Consenting to the Presence of God, Listening at the Level of Being, Evolution Towards Oneness, Witnessing Presence, and Spiritual Transformation.  The Welcoming Prayer will also be introduced.

Teachings, dialogue, and group meditation will be part of each gathering.

This class will be offered in fall of 2018. Check back soon for dates & time.
